The following general Terms and Conditions are component of every Contract with the MBA.
1. Object of the Contract:
1-1 Object of the contract between the Customer and the MBA agency is the arrangement of contacts with selected ladies for the purpose of here leadership of a marriage or partnership.
1-2 The Customer submits his personal data in form of a contact form to the MBA which accepts and at the partner search supports and looks after for the customer to an end of the partner arrangement
1-3 We offer our services to only customers who are seriously looking for a partner. If the suspicion insists that the customer would like to take up our service for a slippery use, we must decline the one as a customer. The business connection is then regarded as ended. Charges already paid aren't refunded
2. Obligations of the MBA
2-1 The MBA agency obliges itself to support the Customer in the choice of a fitting partner and to establish and to organize the desired contacts or meeting with fitting persons. Before the personal meeting no addresses are returned. This happens for data protection reasons as well as to the protection of the interested parties.
2-2 Upon payment of the respective commission and the receipt of the contact form by the customer the MBA offers the customer the following services with costs:
- Provision of concrete partner suggestions
- Making contact with the partners
- Translation of the mail (if required)
- Individual support by a staff manager
- Receipt of additional information about the partners.
2-3 The MBA agency ensures a personal support in St. Petersburg. The MBA organizes specific meetings with the select partners in St. Petersburg. Flight and hotel costs are, Visa, transfer from the airport to the hotel and back as well as interpreter performances in every meeting contained in it (if desired). To this the Customer concludes an individual contract with the MBA.
2-4 The MBA assures to deal confidentially, not to pass on to third parties and not to use for advertising purposes with all personal data of the customer which are saved to an end of the partner arrangement.
3. Obligations of the Customer
3-1 The Customer assures that the indicated data correspond to the truth in the contact forms.
3-2 The Customer is responsible for the correctness of his data. Customers who disregard this clause are excluded from further services and the contract is then regarded as ended. Charges already paid aren't refunded.
3-3 Furthermore the Customer obliges himself to deal with the partner suggestions left to him confidentially and to not leave to any unauthorized third party for the use
3-4 The partner seeker assures not to use any information for commercial purposes.
4 Way of the payment
4-1 In principle, the MBA does only toward pre-cash.
4-2 The contract takes place only by transfer of the commission.
5. Standing duration
5-1 The contract beginning is the date of the in-payment.
5-2 The contract ends
- more generally (adjourn) with expiry of the respective subscription, which can be prolonged by payment of the respective commission however any time
- more individually (adjourn) with the end of the visit meeting in St. Petersburg, if no other regulations were met (further meetings, marriage, visit of the lady in Germany)
5-3 The contract relationship is terminable of reason important to both contract parties without compliance with a period of notice. There is particularly an important reason when one of the two contract parties violates the duties being incumbent him (cf. number 2 and 3 of the general Terms and Conditions). The cancellation must be carried out into in writing opposite the MBA agency.
